Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards through our secure server, either online or over the telephone. Alternatively, you may pay via PayPal's secure server. You do not need an existing PayPal account to use this facility - simply click on the PayPal option at checkout and follow the prompts.
We now also accept payment by Google Checkout and Nochex.
You may also pay via Bank Transfer. Our bank details will be given to you if you choose this method of payment. Please allow up to 4 days for payment by bank transfer to reach us.
For those who prefer, we also accept payment via cheque/postal order. All cheques or postal orders must be made payable to Funky Dory Party Bags. Please allow up to 7 days for cheques to clear.
Delivery
1st class delivery is free to UK addresses (including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) on orders over £50.00.
Orders below this amount will be charged just £3.95 for delivery. These orders will be sent via Royal Mail, 1st or 2nd class, depending on weight and urgency of the order.
We aim to despatch all orders within 72 hours. In the event of a delay, we will contact the customer via email.
Should you require an urgent delivery, please contact us and we will do all we can to meet your needs. This may be subject to an extra carriage charge.
We are not liable for goods arriving late - it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that goods are ordered in sufficient time for the date they are needed.
We accept no liability for goods lost in transit. The customer must advise us immediately in case of non-delivery In this case, we will seek compensation from the Post Office, and offer the customer a full refund or replacement goods. If we are told of a non-delivery more than 21 days after the date of despatch, a refund will not be given, nor will replacement goods be sent.
Returns (non personalised goods only)
We do our utmost to ensure customers are happy with their goods, and pride ourselves on good customer service. If, however, you are unhappy with your order (non personalised goods only), you should advise us within 3 days of receipt, and return the goods to us in their entirety, at your own cost. We will offer a refund upon receipt of the goods as long as they are in good, resaleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Due to their nature, we cannot offer a refund on personalised goods. We will only consider a refund on these goods in the unlikely event of a misprint.
We are not liable for personal injury caused by any of the products sold on this website. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that goods bought from Funky Dory Party Bags are given to children of a suitable age.
Stock Availability
All items listed on the site are stock items. However, on occasion, popular items may not be in stock. In this instance, we will contact you to give you an estimated delivery date, or suggest a replacement. All substitutions will be of equal or greater value than the original item, and similar in theme.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
