Can I order over the telephone?
Yes you can. The quickest way to order is via our online server, but if you prefer to pay over the telephone, then that is also possible. Please note however, that we may not be able to take your order over the telephone immediately. In this case, we will take your details and call you back shortly. Occasionally, you may be directed to voice mail - in this case please leave your name and number and we will call you back as soon as possible to take your order and payment details.
Do I need to create an account and password?
Not any more. A poll of past and potential customers has showed us that there is no current advantage to creating an account.
As soon as an order is placed, the customer receives a confirmation email. This email details the order, the amount paid, when delivery is required, and also has details on how to contact us, should the customer wish to track their order.
All customers are kept up to date on order progress via email, and are notified when their order is dispatched.
When will I receive my order?
We pay very close attention to the delivery requirements of all our customers, which is why we ask you to specify when you need them. Most orders are despatched on the same or next day, and all customers are automatically notified upon despatch.
Personalised party banners and bunting will take approximately 10 days, as they are handmade to order.

Will I need to be in to sign for my delivery?
All goods are sent by Royal Mail, so they will be delivered by your normal postal worker, and will not require a signature.
Can I add my own sweets and cake?
Yes you can. Our filled party bags are all supplied unsealed. (The twist ties for the cellophane bags are supplied in a seperate bag.)
The cellophane bags which contain filled animal mugs are fastened loosely with a twist tie, so you can easily open them to add extra treats. If you prefer us to keep these bags open, then we are happy to do this for you. Just let us know in the comments field when you order. Twist ties will be supplied in a separate bag.
In some bags, you have an option for an extra filler, but what if I want to add more than one extra filler?
To add an extra filler that is not listed in the "extra fillers" dropdown box, simply order it from the fillers section, and state in the comments box at checkout that you'd like us to add it to your bag.
Do you have any discount codes or special offers?
We have two permanent special offers - which are free delivery on all orders over £50.00, and all customers are sent a 5% discount code to use on any future orders.
We do occasionally run special offers, but in general we keep our prices as low as possible to give our customers the best deal all year round.
