We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway, which is powered by Secure Trading. We also accept PayPal payments. You can also pay via BACS if you prefer.
The quickest way to order is via our online server, but we also welcome telephone payments. Please note that we may not answer your call outside of office hours, in which case you will be directed to our answering service. Please leave your name and telephone number and we will call you back as soon as possible to take your order and payment details.
Do I need to create an account and password?
No you don't, but you can log in to our secure area with your email address and order number, where you will find details of your order and status updates.
In addition to this, as soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email details the order, the amount paid, when delivery is required, and also has details on how to contact us, should you wish to track your order.
All customers are kept up to date on order progress via email, and are notified when their order is dispatched.
Delivery is charged on a sliding scale dependent on your order value. Prices are as follows:

Orders are normally despatched within 48 hours of the order being placed. During busy periods, personalised items may take longer.
Royal Mail - goods are sent by 1st class post, 2nd class post, or Standard Parcel Post, depending on weight and urgency.
24-48 express delivery - orders placed before 12 noon, Monday - Friday will be collected on the same day (subject to stock) and delivered the following working day. Orders collected on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders placed after 12 noon may be collected the same day, but most will be collected the following working day and delivered the next working day after that date.
Courier deliveries are only available to the UK mainland. All courier deliveries require a signature on delivery or details of a safe area or neighbour where the driver can leave the parcel.
N.B. Some orders weighing over 1kg which fall into Royal Mail's "medium packet" range may be sent via 24 hour courier.

Will I need to be in to sign for my delivery?
All goods sent via our standard service are sent via Royal Mail, so they will be delivered by your normal postal worker, and will not require a signature.
Goods sent via our Express Delivery service will require a signature on delivery, or details of a neighbour or safe place where the driver can leave your parcel. Occasionally, items weighing over 1kg will be sent via courier under our standard service, and these too will require a signature. All customers who are sent orders via courier will be notified upon despatch.
N.B. Please help us to help you, by giving a delivery address where you are sure somebody will be available to accept delivery (a work address, for example), or give us details of a neighbour who can take delivery on your behalf, or a safe place where our courier can leave your parcel - ie, porch or garage.
At any time you can log in to our secure area with your email address and order number, where you will find details of your order and status updates.
If you choose standard delivery, your goods will be sent by Royal Mail, so it will not be possible to track your order.
If you choose our courier delivery option, you will be able to track your order. Please contact us via email or telephone (07975 694 999) and we will send you the consignment note number, the courier's website address, where you will find full details of your parcel's progress.
Do you deliver to the United States and Europe?
Sadly, we no longer deliver to the United States, however we do deliver to European Union countries. We have a special option for this region at checkout. Occasionally heavy items will incur a surcharge, but all customers will be informed of this before despatch and given the option of proceeding with their order.
Can I add my own sweets and cake?
Yes you can. Our filled party bags are all supplied unsealed. (The twist ties for the cellophane bags are supplied in a seperate bag.)
The cellophane bags which contain filled animal mugs are fastened loosely with a twist tie, so you can easily open them to add extra treats. If you prefer us to keep these bags open, then we are happy to do this for you. Simply select the option you prefer from the drop down box on the product page. Twist ties will be supplied in a separate bag.
Do you have any discount codes or special offers?
We have one permanent discount offer - which is free delivery on all orders over £85.00.
We do occasionally run special offers, but in general we keep our prices as low as possible to give our customers the best deal all year round.
